The course makes a pleasant change from Brittany's coastal links because its parkland setting provides wonderful shelter from the wind. Water provides its normal challenge for the wayward and the flowerbeds on the course only add to the beauty and drama of a truly wonderful golf course. Des Ormes is a magnificent golfing destination.
