Golf Course Says
Designed by architect Jack Kenneally and recently constructed, Kinsale Golf Club's Farrangalway Course is a challenging 18 hole cours that is also beautifully situated. The landscape has been utilised to its maximum and the planting of a large number of hardwood trees will in time add to its playing strategy. 6,609 yards long and consisting of two loops, the Farrangalway Course at Kinsale Golf Club starts and finishes at the Clubhouse, situated on the highest point of the course. The first hole maximises the roll of the land, initially eastwards towards the boundary of the old Cork to Kinsale railway line and the refurbished station-house.
Kinsale Golf Club's Farrangalway Course continues over the incline and flows to the natural waterways on the back nine holes, which makes for a pleasant and interesting field of play. The course is a stiff yet fair challenge to all standards of golfers, a challenge which will manifest itself as the course matures.

The first holes capture the rolls of the land, initially eastwards to the boundary of the old Cork to Kinsdale railway line.
