Situated in the beautiful North Hampshire countryside Hartley Wintney Golf Course was originally laid out as a nine hole parkland course over 100 years ago. An additional 9 holes were added in 2000 and these holes have now bedded in to complement the original course and present an 18 hole par 71 layout that measures 6240 yards. A mature parkland and woodland course Hartley Wintney provides an enjoyable challenge for golfers of all abilities.

We played Hartley Wintney GC on June 8th 06. First couple of holes make you think it's going to be a boring day. It's certainly not going to be that. The course has well placed water ditches at driver length and the sides of the fairways have clumps of wispy grass at knee length, so if you go in there - forget it and take another shot. The greens were amongst the best I have played this year with some sloped and tiered holes and none of them running true. Good course for any society.
