Since opening in 1992, with Hawtree and Sons acting as lead architects, Glyn Abbey Golf Club has become well known for being of the best courses in South Wales. Gwendraeth valley provides the setting for an 18 hole course that offers the visitor both incredible views and wonderful golf. Visitors will not only be treated to a beautiful golf course but also a warm welcome. The addition of the nine hole Mission Course also means Glyn Abbey Golf Course is the ideal place for golfers of all abilities to play the game.

GreenFreeGlyn Abbey Golf Club was designed by leading golf architects Hawtree & Son and was opened for play in 1992. In addition to the surroundings being heavily wooded, some 35,000 trees were planted during construction of the course which is to full USGA specification. The end result is Glyn Abbey Golf Course, the best kept secret in West Wales.
