Gaudet Luce is translated from the Latin to ‘Rejoice in the Light’ and visitors to this course in the heart of the country will certainly have an enjoyable and challenging game. Opened in 1995 the course has matured and improved significantly in the intervening years and now presents the golfer with two contrasting loops of 9 holes. The opening 9 requires accuracy both from the tee and into the greens as the holes are tight while the back 9 is much longer but more open, however a number of water hazards means the golfer must be wary. A good example is the long par 3 12th hole, one of the finest in Worcestershire, which is guarded in front by water.

The modern Gaudet Luce Golf clubhouse complements the course and is a great place to relax, enjoying fine food and good beverage.
