With easy access from Leeds and sitting between York and Harrogate Flaxby Park Golf and Country Club finds itself at the very heart of Yorkshire and it is no surprise that it is one of the region's most highly rated golf clubs. The 18 hole Park championship course is close to 7000 yards long from when set up in full championship mode but extra tee boxes mean golfers of all abilities including juniors can play and enjoy a course that is always in immaculate condition. The course opened in 2004 and Flaxby Park has now grown to include a nine hole course.
