Fairwood Park Golf Club is a championship course that nestles in the hear of the Gower Penisula - the first place in the UK to be given the title of Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The course is the only championship course in the Swansea area and has twice hosted the Welsh PGA Championship. The course itself is one of the most picturesque in the area and today measures 6658 yards - all of which is beautiful but demanding parkland. Visitors can take advantage of the recently redeveloped practice facilites while a new clubhouse, including a hotel, is being planned to ensure that Fairwood Park Golf Club remains at the forefront of Welsh golf.
