Golf Course Says
The European Club was dream of owner Pat Ruddy and the 20 holes that make up the golf course are the fulfillment of all his hopes for building a world class, links course. The course was opened 20 years and since then has become one the most talked about and admired courses in Ireland. Shut only for four days over Christmas each year The European Club welcomes visitors throughout the year. A true links course Padraig Harrington opted to play in the Irish PGA tournament at the European Club the week before both his Open wins.
