Often unfairly overlooked, Estepona is a scenic and challenging course that offers great value for money. It's framed by the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and there are some lovely sea views. The sloping fairways, which are lined with thick rough, provide a good test of technique. The lengthy par 3s are especially demanding and the par 5 3rd is one of the longest holes in Spain - fortunately, it's downhill! This course is something of a hidden gem and, with much lower green fees than most other courses on the western coast, we think it's well worth a visit.
