GreenFreeDuddingston Golf Club is set on the eastern flank of Edinburgh beneath the spectacular backdrop of Arthur's Seat the signature feature of Duddingston is the Temple, a monument built by the Duke of Abercorn. The 13th hole takes its name from this feature and is one of a number of excellent par 4s at the course.
Todays GolferDuddingston Golf Club's over a century old so a mature test of parkland golf is guaranteed and so long as you keep out of the trees and avoid the burn running through the course, you'll relish every minute and shot.

Duddingston golf course is one of the best courses in Edinburgh and one of the few par-72s. It is a pretty flat, tree-lined course which makes good use of the burn which comes into play on the majority of holes. Duddingston is tough but fair and is usually in great condition during the main part of the golf season. They rebuilt the clubhouse in 2005 and it offers good food with great views over the 1st and 18th.
