Surrounded by the peaceful farmland of the Sunderlandwick estate Driffield Golf Club presents a challenge to golfers and has hosted many East Riding and Yorkshire Union events. Originally a 9 hole course it was extended to its present 18 holes in 1990 the course sits in beautiful parkland that features many native trees, ponds and also a trout stream. Indeed water features on seven of the holes and together with and closely guarded greens accuracy and shot making are at a premium at Driffield Golf Club.
