Dewstow Golf Club Park Course

Dewstow Park Golf Club Park Course was established in 1993 and today provides an easy walking course that meanders gently over the natural landscape of the Monmouthshire Hills. The two impressive bridges spanning the River Severn provide the backdrop that has some unusual features: a totem pole with many carvings depicting the local area and golf stands on the 15th, golfers moving between 11 and 12 can take advantage of a rest house called "Rustic Relief" and the brave can choose to play the 6th hole from a new tee - which turns the hole into a huge 690 yard par 6. Dewstow Park's Park Course is believed to be the only course in the UK with a par six. Excellent course management has allowed the course and the local wildlife and fauna to thrive in harmony making Dewstow Park a wonderful and memorable experience for all golfers. From the Autumn of 2008 the Park Course will be played in two loop of nine holes to allow both members and visitors to get even more enjoyment from their golf.
