Golf Course Says
A nine hole parkland course Dalbeattie Golf Course is made up of seven par 4's and two par 3's following a recent programme of extensions. The course provides a challenge for all golfers and the few slopes that have to be climbed are worth it to see the views out over the Urr Valley. The course is full of wildlife and seeing deers and birds of prey is not uncommon. The par 4, 363 yard 4th hole is a dogleg that requires the player to play straight to avoid out of bounds on one side and restrictions to the othe. A par here is considered a good score.
