Golf Course Says
Designed by the legendary Tom Simpson in the 1920's, this is one of the few true links courses in France and reminiscent of its counterpart in northern France, Le Touquet. The terrain does not lend itself to a dramatic links layout but it is honest and fair. Many of the holes are memorable and none more so than the 1st par 5 that sets the scene and encourages good ball-control to score well. The traditional clubhouse has a great ambiance and has recently been renovated. If you like a classic links challenge, this course should not be missed.
