Chapel-en-le-Frith Golf Club

Chapel-en-le-Frith Golf Club is situated within the foothills of the Pennines in gently rolling countryside behind between the Whaley Bridge and Chapel-en-le-Frith. Bounded by the Combs reservoir the course measures over 6400 yards with a par of 72 from the competition tees and presents the golfer with an enjoyable and challenging round that incorporates some memorable holes such as the 5th where the golfer can either drive straight over the trees to leave themselves with a short iron to the green or take a safer route where a drive will need to be followed by a three wood to reach the same objective! The course’s most beautiful hole is surely the par 5 eighth that is bordered in it’s entirety by the reservoir and plays directly down the valley with the Pennines rising on either side. Breathtaking and challenging golf at it’s best.
