Golf Course Says
One of the famous links courses at Carnoustie, Carnoustie Buddon Links was designed by Peter Alliss and Dave Thomas and opened in 1979. An excellent links course it is shorter than Carnoustie Burnside but it is a test for golfers of ability with a run of holes around the turn with 7, 9, 11 and 12 all a fine challenge of accuracy and control. For anyone wishing to taste links golf at Carnoustie before tackling the Championship course the Carnoustie Buddon Links is an excellent way to start.
