Golf Course Says
Bridlington Golf Club, often known as Belvedere, is situated to the south of the town and enjoys stunning views across the Bay. Founded in 1905 it is an established course that has greatly benefited from the planting of over 3000 trees and the adding of 6 water features. Always maintained to the highest of standards the greens have the reputation of being amongst the best in the county. The new trees have particularly added difficulty to the course’s dog-legged holes where long accurate drives are now required if the golfer is to have a view of the green for their second shot. A good example of this is the 6th which at 474 yards is a very challenging hole, with a long drive left of centre required before an accurate second shot to well guarded green is required.

GreenFreeOriginally laid out in 1905 by James Braid this flat, Bridlington Golf Course is a parkland course that provides easy walking and yet remains a challenging test. Water hazards feature on 6 holes (either from the tee or on approaches) and from the 16th tee one can admire the the beautiful sight of Bridlington Bay.
