Just north of Glasgow Bishopbriggs Golf Club offers a wonderful round for golfers on tree lined, parkland course that measures 6262 yards. The course lies on what was once the Kenmure Estate home of West India trader Charles Stirling and the golf course was opened on the land in 1906. The Bishopbriggs Golf Club has been recently updated but the gentle walk required on a fairly flat course belies the challenges that lie in wait for all golfers. A burn makes its way through the course and the signature 16th provides an accurate drive to set up a tough second shot.
