Bedfordshire Golf Club

I've been a member at The Bedfordshire since October 2010 having been a member of the Academy course, I decided to try the 'Real thing' The course is fantastic, very well maintained, every hole a challenge and the greens can really test your putter. The front nine is great, you get the feeling of ' Yep this isn't so bad' although the first tee is very daunting with the 2 oak trees right infront of you! but the back nine is a whole different ball game, and you really need to be on top of your drive. The fairways can catch you out as they run with the lie of the land. Two water hazards are waiting for you on the 14th par 5 and 15th par 3. On the whole a great course which never seems to play the same. The wind is a major factor on the course though, and if you play there a lot like I do, its something that you quickly have to get used to. Great pro shop with a 24 bay floodlit driving range. Club house with great food. What more could you ask for?
