Bawburgh Golf Club is set in over 120 acres of rolling Norfolk countryside and presents a variety of challenges to golfers of all abilities. At 6209 yards with a par of 70 the course utilises the undulating landscape, extensive areas of trees and a lake to ensure that all facets of a golfers game are tested. The main feature is a large glacial swale meandering down to the River Yare which has afforded many interesting sitings for both tees and greens. The courses best hole comes at the challenging 18th which is a long par 4 that requires a long, accurate second shot to clear a lake to reach the elevated green.
