Golf Course Says
Frequently referred to as the most famous course in Normandy, the 27-hole layout boasts a fine pedigree. The original 18-hole (red & white) course was laid down by Tom Simpson in1929 and a further 9-holes (blue) was added in the 1960's by Henry Cotton. All 27-holes run through heavy woodland and call for accuracy rather than length as there are several tricky dog-legs to negotiate, not to mention, fast greens. It has always proved an ideal venue for the many amateur and professional events it has hosted. Can be extremely busy at weekends and French Bank holidays; early booking is strongly recommended.

Todays Golfer27 holes of parkland golf on offer. The fairways are generous but the bunkers are large, penal and plentiful. Some impressive elevated tees. Somewhat overshadowed by the elegant on site hotel.
