Golf Course Says
Balnagask Golf Course provides a challeging test of golf in a wonderful setting. Located on the small Balnagask headland the course is the site of many delights for visitors including 18 sites of historical and archaelogical interest and the adjacent Robert Stevenson designed lighhouse. The par 70 Balnagask Golf Course measures some 6059 yards and includes three par threes and a par five. A pitch and putt course also provides fun and some challenges as you fine tune your short game. The course is also home to the Nigg Bay Golf Club.

Testing course for first timers. It has many blind greens due to its hilly nature. Its a very forgiving course, stray drives will not particularly be punished. The fairways are slick, and the greens extremely smooth and fast. The par 5 10th needs a good 250 carry off the tee to get over the huge hill, so you get a view off the green for your second, very testy hole. There are some reachable par 4's from the tee, and testing par 3's. All in all, very much worth a visit.
