Clive Clark and Peter Alliss designed the wonderful 18 hole Aston Wood Golf Club which is today acknowledged as one of the premier courses in the Midlands. The splendid greens and well placed water and sand traps makes the course a challenge for golfers of all abilities. Heavy recent expenditure in drainage means the course can remain playable in even the wettest of Midlands winters. The course measures 6526 yards with a par of 71. Aston Wood Golf Club has an excellent clubhouse and the catering has a deserved reputation for excellence.
