Ashbury Golf Hotel Forest Course

Ashbury Golf Hotel, set in the stunning countryside around Dartmoor, can boast seven 18 hole options as part of one of the area's most desirable golf resorts. The Pines, Forest and Ashbury courses make up 27 holes that can be played as three different 18 hole combinations. At peak times this mean starts can be staggered and play can continue without slowing down too much. The Pines course, played with the Forest course, was built in 2001 although a successful tree relocation project gives it a much more mature feel. The Forest course, played in combination with both Pines and Ashbury, includes four stunning holes that are set amid a tree plantation and providing a challenge, solitude and splendour. The Ashbury course accounts for the final nine hole loop and is played in tandem with the Forest course. Some of Ashbury's holes were part of the hotel's original development in 1991 although a recent programme of improvements has greatly enhanced the golfing experience of the Ashbury. Residents at the Manor House Hotel also enjoy full use of the golf courses.
