Ashbury Golf Hotel Beeches Course

The Ashbury Golf Hotel has become one of England's premier golfing destinations since the first holes were laid back in 1991. Today Ashbury offers the visiting golfer seven 18 holes options across five courses. The Beeches course at Ashbury provides one of the newer challenges at the resort and is a mix of holes from the original 1991 set up and some of the newer holes that were built in 2008. The reworking of the course included the relocation of almost 1000 trees as well as improving drainage and creating new tee boxes. The result is a longer, more challenging Beeches course which retains its reputation as being one of the most scenic at Ashbury with stunning views across Dartmoor. Nowhere is this more evident than on the par three 12th hole with views over Sourton Tor and Yes Tor. Visitors to the nearby Manor House Hotel also have access to the golfing complex and Ashbury Golf Hotel also offers excellent tennis, swimming and entertainment facilities as well as outdoor pursuits.
