Alyth Golf Club can boast of two master designers with Old Tom Morris laying fown the original nine holes and James Braid extending the course in 1934. Today Alyth is a 6,259 yard heathland course that demands the golfers full concentration as the undulating land and tree lined fairways combine to put a premium on accuracy whilst still requiring reasonable distance. And the peaceful setting, pines, silver birch and heather mean that is easy to lose yourself in the in your game and surroundings until you feel you have the whole course to yourself.
