Golf Course Says
The nine hold course at Alderley Edge Golf Club presents a challenging test of golf for all levels of player. Situated underneath the “Edge” from which the town gets its name, the course meanders through undulating parkland and a number of holes have two sets of tee boxes to provide extra variety. With a mixture of tough par 5’s, long par 4’s and some challenging short holes, Alderley Edge certainly provides a tough test of golf. A good example of this is the short 8th hole that despite being only 171 yards long has the potential to wreck any card. Played across the valley and over a steep quarry face to a small green perched on top of a hill and guarded by bunkers and trees, a par 3 is an excellent score.
After their round visitors are warmly welcomed to use all the facilities of the modern and comfortable clubhouse.
