A spectacular design and an equally dramatic landscape make Aguilon Golf one of the most talked about courses in the area and one of the best recent additions to the Spanish golfing community. Sierra Aguilon's mountains provide a theatrical backdrop but don't let them distract you too much - there's much to concentrate on as you play the testing Aguilon Golf Course including bunkers, lakes and ravines. Find the scenery familiar? This area around Almeria was a favourite spot of film directors - especially those like Sergio Leone who made spaghetti westerns.

Having played this course six times in the past three years and as recently as 2/5/12 I can confirm the condition is very good. The staff are most obliging and I would recommend golfers go along and experience a testing layout.
I have played golf for 50 yrs.
