Typical of the best heathland courses the Cheshire demands that golfers display all aspects of their games to negotiate their way around the course. With penal bunkers, many with revetted faces, the player will require accuracy from the tee and display control on his approaches into the firm greens. The Cheshire is a par 72 that is 6824 yards long and golfers will have to be aware of the Ha-Ha that runs through three holes and a lake that threatens there approach to the 12th if they are to score well over what is an enjoyable and challenging test for golfers of all abilities. |
