Alice Springs Golf Club's Monnow Course has been around in its present form only since the turn of the millenium when the two Alice Springs courses were changed to allow them both to share the same clubhouse. Today the Monnow is an interesting test of golf and is highly recommended for all golfers. Watch out for the short holes which are unrivalled in this part of Wales. Visitors are welcome and Alice Springs Golf Club was closed for only two days last year.

Alice Springs Golf Club is a tight course and the shorter of the two at Alice Springs; more suited to the higher handicappers. A challenging course with a very varied selection of hole configurations and quite a physical challenge; especially the walk from the fifth green to the sixth tee. The panoramic views from the sixth fairway are second to none and more than worth the walk. Alice Springs Golf Course is a well kept course with good all round facilities and very friendly staff. I have played this course at Alice Springs Golf Club many times and have never been disappointed with the experience ? reasonably priced and well worth a visit.
