The VM-X driver utilises new V-Slot head technology to lower and deepen the centre of gravity to deliver an optimised trajectory for distance from the tee, whilst a 5g tungsten weight insert helps the golfer square the clubface at impact for consistent direction. The aero pentagon head shape of the Yonex VM-X, popularised in the companies successful Nanospeed i driver, enusres both distance and accuracy are maximised by reducing air resistance around the clubhead for increased stability and speed throughout the swing.
