Wilson Staff DXi Utility Club

Wilson Wilson Golf Clubs Wilson Videos Read Reviews
4.5 stars out of 5 (Based on 2 reviews)

The Wilson Staff DXi hybrids have been designed in consultation with three-time Major winner Padraig Harrington to deliver distance and accuracy for those who struggle with longer clubs from the fairway. The Staff DXi hybrids have a large radius sole that sits comfortably for confidence at address whilst the heavy mass sole and low centre of gravity promotes access to the back of the ball and a high launch angle.

Wilson have also incorporated a three-zone variable thickness face into the DXi hybrids which expands the sweetspot from the heel to the toe making the club incredibly forgiving. The DXi hybrid options 16°, 19°, 22° and 25° lofts, are polished with a black cherry finish and are fitted with Global Adila VooDoo VS6 shafts available in stiff, regular and light flexes.

Wilson Staff DXi Utility Club Review

The Wilson Staff DXi hybrid utility club features a mini wood style head and is very similar to the excellent Wilson Fybrid. It looks great in a single colour scheme without the standard silver line across the top. The DXi hybrid is available in 4 lofts and we tried the 19 degree version and the trajectory was excellent. It was very easy to shape shots if you wanted too and revised sole plate made it playable from a variety of likes. Also worthy of note was the Aldila Voodoo shaft, which is excellent in this type of club so we would recommend checking this out.
