The Wilson Staff Di7 irons are seen by Wilson as the ultimate game improvement iron – combining wide sole, cavity back club head technology with proven low torque high performance shafts, including a modern version of the ‘Fat Shaft’ made famous by Wilson almost a decade ago. The Staff Di7 iron achieves optimum ‘Centre of Gravity’ location by incorporating a wider sole and a thicker rear flange to pull the ‘CG’ away from the face and toward the sole. Lower ‘CG’ locations help the player hit the ball higher and longer, whilst deeper ‘CG’ locations make the iron more stable on off-centre hits, helping the player hit the ball straighter.

The Wilson Staff Di7 also incorporates an exclusive Elastomeric paint coating in the back cavity, which dampens vibration by up to a third and gives a much softer feel, especially on any miss-hits.
