The Titleist Scotty Cameron Studio Select Newport 1.5 putter is precision milled with circular weights in the heel and toe. It features a high toe set-up that reduces the tendency for players to raise the toe and aim left of target, and a stepless steel shaft for a clean, unbroken playing position appearance. Tour-inspired cosmetics include three large red dots on the back of the putter, three smaller red dots on the heel of the face, and distinct Studio Select graphics, shaftband and headcover. The model name is engraved into the sole, and the soft 303 stainless material delivers a crisp, solid feel at impact and enhances durability for a timeless style. In addition, the Titleist Scotty Cameron Studio Select Newport 1.5 can be lie adjusted +/- 2 degrees off of the standard 71 degrees and come with six different grip options.
The Titleist Scotty Cameron Studio Select putters are beautiful classic designs. They look fantastic at address and the feel and feedback from the face at impact is excellent, as you would expect. The enhanced top line of the putter really does help you square up the face more easily. The heel and toe weights are there to help the MOI of the putter and the standard weights for each length are probably a little on the heavy side fopr our liking. Even though Titleist market the Studio Select putters as an 'adjustable' putter, you cannot change the weights yourself or buy a kit to do so without sending this back to Scotty Cameron in California at your own expense. Therefore make sure you try before you by.

I bought a 34" version of this Studio Select putter having tried a shorter version of a friend. When I got mine I felt it was a little heavy so I asked Titliest if they could send or fit the putter with 10 gram weights instead of the 15 gram weights. They said they could not do this and would not send me the kit to do so. When I asked why they said it was because the Scotty Cameron Studio Select putters were set at weights 'preferred' by golfers. I said I preferred the lighter weights and was told they would either fit heavier weights only, or I could buy another putter that is 35" long with the 10 grams as standard and cut an inch off it. Or I could send it back to California. This is supposed to be a 'adjustable' putter, but it is nothing of the sort. It is a lovely design, but make sure you test the exact version you want first as this company does not value it's customers.
