The Titleist 905T driver is packed with innovative new features designed to improve launch condition, ball flight and playability, and also features an innovative multi-material design. Most significantly a new lightweight aluminium hosel enables weight to be redistributed to position the centre of gravity lower and closer to the face. The new 905T driver also features a two-piece face utilising thin beta titanium face insert technology supported by a uniformly thin face flange, which generates higher ball speed and greater accuracy on off-centre hits. The head shape retains the 'true pear profile', widely accepted by many accomplished players and that has become Titleist's signature head profile. The 905T driver has a slightly shallower but wider face than the 905S delivering more dynamic loft, a higher launch angle and lower spin compared to the prior model and is suited to all serious golfers seeking low-moderate spin with optimum playability. Although slightly bigger then their predecessors at 400cc, the 905T driver retains the traditional square face angle preferred by the Titleist target market.

The Titleist 905T driver is everything you would expect from a Titliest driver. It looks great at address with a classy finish. Unlike some other titanium drivers the sound and feel is solid rather than loud and brash. Whether this gives the impression it does not go as far as other drivers, we're not sure. It problably wasn't out and out longer, but it wasn't short either. The ball flight was very good with a penetrating trajectory and good forgiveness across the face. Overall a classy club and worth a swing.

The Titleist 905T is a great looking and performing driver. I've always like the traditional pear shape design of the Titleist drivers and this one is no different. The 905T looks great and sits behind the ball superbly, oozing confidence. When swung it hits the ball with ease and gives you a penetrating flight which is what I was looking for. The Titleist 905T is definitely a driver to consider for the bag.

I recently got a Titleist 905T (10.5 degrees, Aldila NV 65 R shaft), partly because I’ve been so impressed with my Titleist 904 fairways. Like its fairway cousins, the 905T is gorgeous looking club, and sets up so nicely behind the ball. The ball flight is low and rangy, even with 10.5 loft, and if you hit it sweetly the ball really goes some distance. With dodgy range balls I consistently carry 230 yards, and with the penetrating trajectory there’s lots of run. My natural out to in swing is compensated for a little by the closed face, which may cause problems if you tend to draw or hook. The noise of the ball off the face is really reassuring – it’s solid sounding, not too hollow like a lot of 400+cc titanium drivers. Also it's well balanced, and not too unwieldy like some of the maximum capacity headed drivers seem to be. I hit it fairly solidly, but for mid/high handicappers it isn’t the most forgiving stick I’ve ever hit. A fraction off centre and the you might need to be lucky to reach 200 yards. I’m not a fan of the standard Titleist grips – they’re too hard, so I swapped for a tackier, softer Tour Velvet. The head cover is a bit garish, but that’s just cosmetic. Overall I like it a lot. Beautiful, top notch build quality... and it works quite well too!

The Titleist 905T driver is a great club in every respect, looks good, performs brilliantly and isn't overly expensive. Was playing with the Taylormade R7 TP but just wasn't getting the right ball flight no matter how I was tweaking the weights. Switched to the Titleist 905T and the results were remarkable. I am currently in the USA on a golf scholarship to Long Island University, this driver has revolutionised my game because no longer do I have to drop down to 3 wood or 2 iron to keep the ball straight and true, I can now be accurate and hit the ball great distances leaving easier and more scoreable approaches. Would recommend to any standard of golfer.

The Titleist 905T sits pretty behind the ball and has a heavy head that explodes the ball when hit which is very satisfying. It does have a very shallow face which might scare a few and takes some time to get to grips with but what a mighty driver. Better than 905R, I say.
