Most significantly the Titleist 904F is around 15% bigger than its predecessor providing higher ball speed on off-centre hits. In addition the fairway metal features a two-piece face utilising a thin face insert that contributes to the solid, lively feel, higher ball speed and hotter flight, supported by an outer face flange to promote more consistent performance across the whole face.
