Tungsten weights are brazed onto a fully forged titanium body prior to the part undergoing a milling process that includes more than 40 tool changes. The heavy tungsten weights and the lightweight titanium create extreme perimeter weighting with a very high moment of inertia and a low center of gravity. A thick face properly tunes the putter for a soft, solid feel. The complex milling process of the JAS produces precise, perfectly square lines and surfaces for easy alignment and added confidence. Each JAS putter features a serial number that serves as a reference for the putter's specifications. Stored in our database in Phoenix, Arizona, the serial number provides a record of the putter's length, lie angle, loft, grip type and model type.
