The Nike VR Pro Dual-Sole wedge combines maximum flight control with shot-to-shot consistency. Capitalising on the success of the VR Pro Forged wedges, Nike have released the VR Pro Dual-Sole (DS) wedge.

Developed using a precise forging process, the Nike VR Pro DS wedge offers accurate shot-shaping performance and is more suited to lower scores. The wedge, which has been designed for Nike's Tour staff, features a Dual-Sole grind improving set-up from the fairway, fringe, rough or sand.

For normal, square shots, the Dual-Sole grind adds leading edge bounce whilst relieving the trailing edge. This allows the bounce to eliminate digging but reduces the contact area so the VR Pro Forged DS wedge can glide through the turf. When you open the face, a unique heel design comes into play. The relieved design of the heel allows the leading edge to sit low behind the ball, especially designed for short flop shots.

The VR Pro Forged DS features Nike's X3X grooves. This precision lasered grooves follow a crosshatch pattern that is applied between the grooves, adding three times the surface texture to the clubface for added spin. With more than 20 grooves on the face, the Nike VR Pro Forged DS provides increased control and consistency in all conditions whilst still conforming with R&A and USGA regulations.
