Nike Victory Red Irons

Nike Nike Golf Clubs Nike Videos Read Reviews
3.75 stars out of 5 (Based on 4 reviews)

The Nike Victory Red irons are a deep full cavity iron with a deep sole and a thick top profile. The addition of moderate offset gives the mid to high handicap golfer extra forgiveness and confidence. The club head is made from 431 stainless steel to allow for greater feel than the more commonly used 17-4 stainless steel.

A higher launch trajectory combined with softer landing is provided thanks to the centre of gravity being moved further back in the club. The Nike Victory Red irons' use of perimeter weighting means the moment of inertia is increased to help increase the amount of forgiveness on mis-hits.

Nike Victory Red Irons Review

The Nike Victory Red irons are cast irons, but the feel of them is remarkably good. They were very forgiving across the face and unusally for these types of irons, the trajectory was not too high. This means the longer irons could be blended with the Victory Red irons Split Cavity version of the irons if required. The main difference compared to the Split Cavity irons is that the top line of the club is a little thicker and there is a greater offset in the hosel to allow for more forgiveness. We found them very pleasing on the eye and a joy to hit so if you are a mid-teens handicapper then these are well worth trying out.
