The Nike SQ Machspeed iron is the fastest and longest iron that Nike have yet produced offering stunning performance in three key areas: speed, stability and launch. The new design and construction means the SQ Machspeed combine high launch with increased distance.

Featuring a two piece construction the SQ Machspeed golf iron offers a higher Characteristic Time (CT) in the wider areas of the clubface to achieve much quicker ball speeds at impact for longer distances on every shot. The AM355 alloy design works with an off-the-face weld to create a thin, hot face and wide sweet spot. The sweet spot extends low down on the clubface to ensure that ball speed and distance are not lost on off centre shots.

The Nike SQ Machspeed uses Nike’s Powerbow technology that was first features in the Nike Sasquatch driver to force the centre of gravity deep in the club providing a wider sweet spot to ensure that each irons has optimized stability and forgiveness. A deep undercut behind the clubface has allowed Nike’s designers to redistribute 50 grams of weight to the Powerbox to promote high launching shots that generate excellent distance and land softly.
