The Mizuno MP-67 irons combine the tour winning characteristics of Mizuno’s classic blades, with a Cut Muscle design, developed to fine tune performance through the set. The Mizuno MP-67 irons are Grain Flow Forged from Mizuno newest 1025E Pure Select mild carbon steel for even greater consistency and precision than its previous blades. The award-winning Cut Muscle Design precisely positions the COG in each club for perfect trajectory, enhanced solid feel, and the ultimate in ball control. A rolled leading edge, cambered mid-sole, and rolled trailing edge deliver consistent striking ability from all types of lies, and modified U-grooves produce the ideal spin rate for maximum playability from anywhere on the course. The MP-67 long irons achieve a mid-high trajectory, while the scoring irons deliver a mid-trajectory.

I got the Mizuno Mp-67 irons as an upgrade to my previous Mizuno Faldo IDs cavity backs from the 1995. I was looking for a club which had a greater feel and workability. First thing to notice is that they are beautiful clubs to look at. Next, they are very easy to aim and the thin topline inspires confidence that you are using precision instruments. If you are a confident iron player, there is nothing these clubs cannot do for you. The impact is soft, ball flight penetrating through the mid and long irons consistently. Manipulation of the ball flight is easy. Because the heads are smaller they are not as easy to hit and any off-center strikes or swing imperfections will be noticed. Which can be tough medicine (but also good) for any golfer. Highly recommended. Thank you Mizuno!
