The Revolution Tour is a three-piece multi-layer ball featuring a large core, large mantle layer and thin cover – a method of construction already accepted and widely played by tour pros around the world. The engine of the Revolution Tour is a new core technology called SpeedCore, which effectively delivers higher velocity for greater distance, while maintaining a low compression for soft feel. Also critical to the Revolution Tour's performance are its mantle and cover. The large mantle, made of a resilient copolymer-ionomer blend, helps to create speed while also reducing spin off the driver, while its urethane-elastomer blend cover, that's cast instead of created via a thermoplastic injection-molded urethane system helps the clubface to ‘grab’ the ball, delivering shot-stopping spin for increased control.
