Two distinct forged metals are used: a harder 1045 Carbon Steel is used in the long irons for greater distance and forgiveness properties and a softer 1025 Carbon Steel is used in the short irons for more spin and control. Internal Tungsten weight cylinders in the 2-4 irons create an easy, high launch. Progressive V-FOIL back weighting in the short irons maximizes shot shaping workability. V-Foil Speed Technology and the M675 design produce an iron system. The long irons, 2-6, deliver high trajectory and forgiveness. The short irons, 7-PW, provide more spin and workability.
