The Cleveland Launcher FL fairway wood is one of the best fairways that Cleveland has made. The head is slightly larger and a little more closed than the previous DST model but the excellent lightweight Miyazaki shaft delivers a much more penetrating flight. The stiff shaft felt a little stiffer than average but you felt it really delivered the power and the zing sound at impact was awesome. We were hitting it for ages just for that! The tall deep face was oversized but not too big so it gave lots of confidence and forgiveness. The Launcher FL looks great, sounds great and goes great and this is one of the best fairways we have tested recently and is likely to be competitively priced so we would recommend checking it out.
