Cleveland HiBore XLS Graphite Shaft Utility Club

The Cleveland HiBore XLS Hybrid incorporates science into a PGA TOUR inspired shape. Tour feedback has led to a more blunt toe and symmetrical shape for an extremely appealing look at address. Its increased offset promotes a square face at impact, helping to prevent slices and offering greater directional and trajectory control. The Cleveland HiBore XLS is available with Fujikura’s Fit-On M Red and Gold shaft fitting system offered as a standard option. This unique fitting system allows each player to determine if a Tour Trajectory (Red) or Standard Trajectory (Gold) is right for their particular game.

What Golfalot Says

Compared to the previous XL model, the Cleveland HiBore XLS Hybrid is a big improvement. Not only does it look better, it performs better too from all sorts of lies, although it is best off the short grass. The head looks more powerful and the deep face makes it very forgiving as well. The Cleveland HiBore XLS Hybrid is available with Fujikura’s Fit-On M Red and Gold shaft fitting system offered as a standard option. This unique fitting system allows each player to determine if a Red Tour Trajectory or Gold Standard Trajectory is right for their particular game. The Cleveland HiBore XLS Hybrid is a bit chunky looking, but very easy to hit. The flight is a bit high, but the ball just keeps going. It does seem to sit a bit high, but this does not stop you hitting the ball of tight lies. It also gets the ball out of those more difficult lies very easily and the strong feel through impact gives you the confidence to go ahead the hit it.
