The Adams Idea Tech a4OS Hybrid and Hybrid Ladies Irons are the latest member of the hugely popular Idea Hybrid Irons sets that aim to provide the lady golfers with a competitive advantage through the use of multi-material high-tech construction. The set make up is 4-SW of which seven of the clubs are easy-to-hit hybrids. Utilising perimeter tungsten weighting that shifts the mass of the clubhead to the outer corners the 3, 4 and 5 hybrids offer increased forgiveness on off-centre hits and increased distance. They also feature a magnesium crown that is 77% lighter than stainless steel and allows this weight to be redistributed for a lower centre of gravity. Additionally a steel insert increases ball speed and the milled face scorelines deliver more consistent spin from all lies. The Idea Tech a4OS ladies 6, 7, 8, PW and SW hybrid irons utilise the same perimeter weighting and have added weight in the back sole to promote ideal launch conditions.
