For the first time Adams Golf has launched an entire range of family under the same name. The name of the family is Super S. The Idea Super S irons feature a new half hollow undercut design and thinner face that combine to create a distance iron with forgiveness and precision.

“We felt it was important to give the whole line a common name since they all share many of the same technologies,” said Tim Reed, VP of R&D for Adams Golf. “The Super S family of clubs at its core, is designed with the idea of making golf more enjoyable.”

The idea behind the Idea Super S irons was to blend the best of hybrids and irons into one set. Therefore, the newly shaped Idea Super S irons has been redesigned and is now 20% thinner, increasing ball speeds and producing more distance.

The other main feature of the Idea Super S irons is the new construction method. A half hollow design produces an iron with an improved launch angle and better stability at impact, again learning from the performance of Adams successful hybrids.

The Idea Super S irons can be paired with two models of Adams Hybrids, either the Idea Super S or Idea Super LS.
