The Odyssey Works line of putters came about as a platform to bring the best of the company's putter technology together.
The Odyssey Works Big T putters mark another big step along that line, combining the Fusion RX insert, with a new take on two of their most successful alignment systems: Versa and Marxman.
The Big T alignment is formed by combining the Versa principal of a contrasting alignment stripe perpendicular to the path with the Marxman principal, seen in putters like the Odyssey 2-Ball, that has the alignment feature parallel to the path.
Odyssey found that some golfers preferred the perpendicular alignment feature and others preferred the parallel alignment, so by combining them into the Big T golfers can now have the best of both worlds.
The combination means that golfers can immediately sense that they have aligned the face squarely as well as ensuring the putter is lined up on their chosen line.
As part of the Odyssey Works line, Big T putters have been given the distinctive Fusion RX insert that is a feature of the Works putters.
By combining the legendary Odyssey White Hot insert with the ultra thin stainless steel mesh from the Metal-X range the Fusion RX reduces skidding and gets the ball into a pure roll faster without sacrificing any feel.
The Big T line of putters also feature a black powder coat shaft that reduces glare and gives the putter a unique look and has already proven to be a big hit with players on Tour.
Odyssey Works Big T V-Line
The V-Line putters are perimeter-weighted mallets with a double-bend shaft and a full-shaft offset.
The V-Line putter proved the inspiration for the whole Works Big T putter line. Austie Rollinson, Odyssey's principal designer was in Japan where a player had a custom Odyssey V-Line that featured bolder than normal alignment aids. Seeing this Rollinson realised using the even larger and more distinct lines of Versa would be an obvious next step.

A version of the V-Line perimeter-weighed mallet with a centre shaft that Odyssey find to be increasingly in demand by players.
Odyssey Works Big T Blade
The Big-T Blade is a heel-toe weighted blade concept with a double-bend shaft and a full-shaft offset. The head shape was developed purely for the Works Big T line to incorporate the new alignment system.

The Big T #5 Putter is a rounded mallet with a single-bend shaft and a full-shaft offset.
