We are big fans of KBS golf shafts, both the long standing steel shafts and its Tour Hybrid Graphite shaft, which was the company's first graphite shaft.

KBS Tour Graphite Iron Golf Shaft

The hybrid shaft, has now be joined in the range by the KBS Tour Graphite Iron that has the same bend profile as the pioneering KBS Tour steel shaft and it performs as steel equivalent. The new shafts feature optimised weight and flex choices for all golfers to gain maximum playability and performance, with a mid-high launch angle and low spinning characteristic for greater control.

KBS Kim Braly

Kim Braly, R&D and Tour operations director for KBS, discussed the breakthrough:

We’re delighted to introduce a Tour calibre Graphite iron shaft that plays like a KBS Tour steel shaft in all aspects of consistency, distance and control. We’ve made a significant investment in our R&D department following the successful launch of the Tour Graphite Hybrid shaft last year and we’re confident the Tour Graphite Iron shaft will have the same impact in all categories of the game.

The The KBS Tour Graphite Iron shaft is available in various flex options from Regular; Regular Plus; Stiff; Stiff Plus; and X-Flex in a .370 parallel tip in 50-80 gram weights, with a Matte/Gloss finish and a .355 Taper tip, in 90-110 gram weights in a Matte finish.
