One of the most striking clubs to hit the market recently is the space inspired Cobra King LTD Driver. With its back to the future nod to the King Cobra brand combined with the latest technology the clubs really do make a statement.
You won't be surprised to hear there is also a fairway metal as part of the King LTD family and it boasts the same futuristic technology as its big brother.
The striking SpacePort on the sole is present in the fairway wood too to help create a combination of low Centre of Gravity with high MOI to give a perfect combination of distance and forgiveness.
Cobra has also utilised its TeXtreme Carbon Fibre in the crown of the club that makes the crown lighter as it weights 20% less than regular Carbon Fibre. This means more weight can be repositioned lower and deeper in the clubhead to optimise launch.
The fairways combine this composite crown with a body cast from 17-4 Stainless Steel and a high speed face that is forged from 475 High-Strength Carpenter Steel, incorporating Cobra's familiar Speed Channel around the perimeter which minimises thickness and increases ball speeds across the face.
Adjustability is found in the MyFly Hosel that gives the King LTD fairways a range of loft and flight options to dial in your preferred flight and shot shape.
Offered as a 3/4 or 4/5 fairway, the hosel allows the loft to vary between 13 degrees and 19 degrees as well as offering additional draw loft settings on both models.
